Cool For Cats

It's a really lovely place to visit. The cats are lovely to look at and to stroke. Some like to sleep and some will be happy to sit on your lap; if you are lucky. There are numerous cat toys available for you to play with the cats. The owner of the cafe is really welcoming and friendly; and is happy to answer any questions you have. There is a selection of drinks and cakes available. As well as souvenirs of related items. Well worth the visit!

What a lovely hour we spent at Cool for Cats this afternoon. Very friendly staff, plenty gorgeous cats to stroke and interact with. The cafe is so well arranged. It's good to be able to help towards the cost of looking after/preparing the cats in the rehoming centre for a new home. A good choice of cake to enjoy with a cup of tea. Would thoroughly recommend a visit

So it was my first time visiting here and I loved it! the cafe itself is really nicely presented and cosy with lots of sofas for people (and kitties) to sit on, and the selection of drinks and cakes is great - they don’t do sandwiches anymore though but do do crumpets/teacakes. The staff were really chatty and provided really friendly service. The cats were all gorgeous and willing to be cuddled/stroked and approach you for attention to. It’s an atmosphere you can happily walk around to meet all the cats that are dotted around the cafe on various chairs and cat towers. The outdoor garden they have is lovely as well. The car park fits about 8 cars comfortably so we didn’t have an issue parking. I would defiantly recommend and would go back again :) Even better that you know the money goes towards looking after the cats.

We had a lovely time visiting this cat cafe today...great ethos including rehoming cats . Alison was very friendly and cakes, coffee and tea excellent. Loved meeting all the kitties who were very happy and relaxed...time went too quickly. Totally recommend a visit if your a cat lover ...

Well what an experience! We were greeted by the very chatty Domino, cheeky little Whizzy and a very loudly purring Mango! Great start! Then we met the hoooman cat servents (amazing staff) who were lovely, so welcoming & very friendly. We met 9 of the 11 cats on our visit today and each cat was so lovely in their own way. The most relaxing atmosphere and we had a really lovely time. Glee has a beautiful voice and sang to us alot! Whizzy took me for a walk with his toy, Felix loved his strokes - everytime I stopped he would give me a polite headbut to ask for more love. Mango is like a real life teddy, always purring and such soft fur! We even managed to get Domino in a playful mood who then hunted and caught a toy and then proceeded to sing in the garden in proudness! What an amazing couple of hours at a place where the cats are truly happy, they have a great life at this place and they seem to love human interaction as much as us humans enjoy the love from the cats! Absolutely recommend supporting this worthy cause and what a great place the cafe is. Thank you for having us, we hope to be back soon!

Came here over a year ago but still one of my favourite cat cafes. So cute and cosy, definitely a homely feel. You can tell the cats are well looked after, so friendly too. Staff were great and cafe food and drink selection was lovely too

We went here as a family yesterday and had an amazing time. We were really well looked after by Sabby and her team. 12 cats lounging around and very relaxed. No feeding or picking up of them allowed but they are very happy to be sat next to by you. All of the cats are very happy and relaxed. One is even famous for jumping and relaxing on your shoulders. Also the cakes and coffee or tea Oare of the highest standards. Pre-booking is required on their website. Cool for Cats is highly recommended!

Such a lovely and incredible experience! Everyone is extremely friendly and the kitties are so fun and friendly. Everything was amazing, very grateful for this place!!
